Dr. Sharadkumar Dattatray Shah

Dr. Sharadkumar Dattatray Shah is the Founder and Director of VidhiGyan Consulting, bringing over 35 years of multidisciplinary experience across law, human resource management, education governance, regulatory compliance, and NAAC mentoring.

A qualified legal professional and seasoned HR expert, Dr. Shah provides strategic leadership across VidhiGyan Consulting’s core verticals—Legal & Regulatory Services, Educational Institution Establishment & Governance, NAAC Mentoring & Quality Assurance, and Client Relationship Management. His advisory work focuses on education laws, labour and service matters, institutional governance, accreditation preparedness, and quality assurance systems.

Dr. Shah holds a Ph.D. in Human Resource Management, a Doctorate in Business Management (HRM), and qualifications including Law Graduate, Master in Management (HR), PGDBM, and M.Sc. (Chemistry). His interdisciplinary academic foundation enables a holistic, compliant, and solution-oriented consulting approach.

A prolific author, academic contributor, and innovator, Dr. Shah has authored books in HRM and Applied Chemistry, participated in national and international conferences, and filed multiple patents with the Government of India.

Dr. Sharadkumar Shah is the Founder and Director of VidhiGyan Consulting and currently serves as the Principal of Bakliwal Foundation College of Arts, Commerce & Science, Vashi. He has previously held leadership positions as Principal of DSP College of Arts, Commerce & Science, Kamothe; Ramsheth Thakur College of Arts & Commerce, Kharghar; Atma Malik College of Engineering, Aghai; and Parshvanath College of Engineering, Thane, demonstrating extensive experience in academic administration across diverse disciplines. He has also served as an Advisor to UPSC, Delhi, contributing to academic guidance and policy-oriented initiatives at the national level.
Dr. Shah is a recipient of more than 18 prestigious awards in recognition of his academic, research, and leadership excellence. He has authored 10 books in the fields of Chemistry and Management, holds 10 design patents and 2 granted utility patents, and has been awarded two copyrights. His scholarly contributions include the publication of over 50 research papers in reputed national and international journals, reflecting his strong commitment to research, innovation, and knowledge dissemination.
Dr. Sharadkumar Shah holds several prestigious national and international memberships and fellowships, reflecting his sustained contributions to academics, research, and professional practice. He is a Fellow of the Indian Council of Chemists (FICC), Fellow of the Indian Chemical Society (FICS), and Fellow of the International Congress of Chemistry & Environment (FICCE). He is also an Associate Fellow of The Institute of Chemists (AFIC). Additionally, he is a Life Member of the Asian & Mideast Institute of Chemist, USA (LMAMIC) and a Life Fellow of the Indian Society for Technical Education (FISTE). His professional affiliations further include Life Fellowship of the Indian Pharmaceutical Association (FIPA), Life Fellowship of the Indian Association of Aquatic Biologists (FIAAB), and Fellowship of the Society for Environment & Sustainable Development (FSESD). He is also a Life Fellow of the International Journal of Mathematical Science & Engineering Applications (FIJMSEA). Advocate Mr. Prashant Dattatray Shah is a senior practicing lawyer at the Bombay High Court with over 25 years of extensive experience in the legal profession. He has developed a well-rounded and respected practice across diverse areas of law, offering effective legal representation and advisory services to individuals, businesses, and institutions.

His core areas of practice include Civil Litigation, Criminal Law, Matrimonial and Family Law matters, Summary and Summons Suits, Revenue [MLRC] and allied legal proceedings. Advocate Shah regularly appears before the Bombay High Court and subordinate courts, and is known for his sound legal acumen, procedural expertise, and practical approach to litigation.

He is a Commerce graduate and holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from the University of Mumbai. His academic foundation in commerce, coupled with legal training, enables him to handle matters involving commercial disputes, contractual issues, and financial litigation with clarity and precision.
